We’re excited to welcome Ric Gale to Pacific Crown Helicopters as our new Director of Maintenance. Ric is a highly experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) with over 20 years in helicopter maintenance and leadership.

He has held roles from line and heavy maintenance engineer to Senior Base Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Head of Engineering, working with operators such as Auriga Aviation, Babcock Offshore Services Australasia, Australian Helicopters, and Heliwork.

Ric’s broad technical expertise and leadership will be invaluable as he guides our maintenance operations and strengthens our engineering and safety capabilities.
