This VIP AS350 B3+ went through an extensive refurbishment including several upgrades to the equipment and avionics. On the avionics, our team installed a Genesys HeliSAS autopilot, Garmin G500H TXi touchscreen and MidContinent SAM standby instruments. This was installed on a new flush instrument panel designed by PCH.
Machine was completely stripped and repainted with a metallic maroon colour with airbrush finishings.
Interior of the helicopter was setup as a 5 seat VVIP configuration with gold plated and wood grain finishings along with leather wrapped trim throughout.
The seats were also upgraded from bucket seats to modern crashworthy seats. In addition, PCH’s single push button controller for the FDC Engine Filter was installed.
